I'm having the same difficulty. Thanks Vern for the insight how the swf works in AS.

What is the best way or method, that you see, to produce a quality animation using the choices made available with AS?

It appears that Cartoon Solutions is really the only site that I can find (or easily find) that sells with a clear focus on 2d animation products. All of the others, which really seems to be only Content Paradise, focus on a mix of various 2d or so called 2d products that really don't focus on the 2...

Products

I have all of your free products (two, I believe) along with the ones that came with Anime Studio 6. QUALITY work that you do, and a couple that I purchased. I'm very impressed. I believe that a lot of the people that are using the product have already downloaded them. On the other hand, The site re...

Ha... to myself...If only I read the manual. But what fun would that be without starting a discussion with you fine people. Ok I may now know what I had done wrong. I'll experiment from what the manual had said and get back to whether this worked or not. On another note....I see that some of you use...

Audio Export in SWF Movie

I have an animation that I would like to export with the synchronized audio (voice) all together as a swf from AS Pro 6. I am using Windows. The animation is 1250 frames long. The sound does not seem to be coming out with the swf once the animation is rendered in AS. :?: I have used both wav and mp3...

You can get the same effects, from what I have seen, from Audacity and it is free.

Thanks! That did it! :D It must have been the lua file that I had copied the text to Notepad. Yours worked great.

Thanks again.

I'm curious, are you using 5.6 or 6?

Nope, not even that way. That's so odd, I had placed scripts in 5.6 without any problem. This one doesn't even show.

That's odd. for some reason it still isn't showing in my tools, it doesn't even show an "Other" section. I place both files(lua and png) in the Smith Micro/Anime Studio Pro 6/scripts/tool. Does this method work with Pro 6? Here is my _tool_list.txt. Would you be able to see what I did wron...

Thanks for the help on getting this copied and on to the correct place. I'm having a little trouble figuring out where on the _tool_list.txt I should place this. Nothing seems to appear in the program after I place it on it. I saved the rd_grid.lua in the location also and restarted ASP. Any ideas w...

If I understand the process correctly, you place all of the tracking points that you need, such as at the major joints, hip and head. Next,(this I'm not sure about) you add a bone layer for each bone that will be connected to the tracking (ie ten bones equals ten bone layers). Finally, select a bone...
