Re: Changing Line Color

But it doesn't mention "points" anywhere, it just says "Edit > Select All", and I had the Select Shape tool active. "Select None" works like it should, though that apparently is just a coincidence. ;) Learning now about Styles. Think that's the way I SHOULD have been do...

Re: Changing Line Color

Holy crap! I just did it! There's a "Select All" BUTTON at the top of the screen, when you're in Select Shape tool, that WILL Select All! The Shortcut didn't work, the drop-down menu item didn't work, but the big button did! Chaos. Anyway, convert this thread into a Bug Report about those ...

Changing Line Color

Hey! Trying out the Frame by Frame mode. When I've made a big sketchy mess on one frame with 100 individual little lines, how can I change their color all at once? I select all the points, but changing the Stroke color does nothing. I try to Select All with the "Select Shape", but it won't...

Re: Smart Bone Actions involving the Transform Bone Tool?

Greenlaw and Synthsin- Thanks for setting me straight! Yep. Had to use a Smart Dial to make it happen. I was just thinking that I could trigger the morphing by transforming the bone the same way you bake Smart Actions into Bone Rotations, but this well beyond an acceptable alternative. :) And I'm go...

Re: Smart Bone Actions involving the Transform Bone Tool?

So I woke up and already thought of a workaround, but I can't test it 'cause I'm at work. Maybe I should just do the point manipulation AND the bone shortening inside it's own Smart Dial? I think it'd be the same outcome, it's just I'd be controlling it from OVER THERE, as opposed to right on the bo...

Smart Bone Actions involving the Transform Bone Tool?

Okay, another little snag. I'm trying to make a Smart Bone Action that responds to the Transform Bone tool, and it's not working. In my Smart Bone Action, I make the bone shorter and adjust the points how I want them to go, but when I make the bone shorter with the Transform Bone Tool on the main ti...

Re: Smart Dial on a Switch layer?

Greenlaw and Chucky- Thank you both SO much for helping me. I figured out what I was doing wrong! At first, I was trying to make several mouths, THEN make the Smart Dial, but it was only affecting the mouth I used to create it, none of the rest. No good. Then I realized that if I made the first mout...

Smart Dial on a Switch layer?

Okay, I just tried something and it didn't work. What I'd love to do is make a bunch of neutral mouth shape phonemes, then make a smart dial that brings the corners of all of them up and down, when you turn it. I envision a set of 12 mouths, all made from the exact same nodes, in a switch layer, and...

Share with the class? 'Cause this seems like it all sucks.

Re: linux

I'm still a ways away from doing this myself, but Windows 10 got me thinking about this sort of thing, and I found out you can run Windows itself on a Virtual Machine inside Linux.

It's a solution, but it is a bit overkill. :)

Victor- Fantastic! Will absolutely try that this time!

But now I'm worried about Tim! Has anyone seen him recently? Has something happened? Is he okay?!! ;)

Thanks! -FF

Re: Webinar: Making Puffin Rock - Moho in a TV Series Pipeli

Tim- I was unable to watch the previous webinar because at the last minute it needed me to install some weird software to view it, which I can't do on my work computer. Will this one be similar? Thanks! -Fonce

Can't completely disable auto-weld?

Hey! Trying to draw freehand in Moho 12, but whenever I end a line too close to another point, it snaps to it. I thought turning off "Auto-weld" would stop this, but it doesn't. Like if I try to write "11" too close together, it just merges both straight lines into a single wavy ...
