Re: AS Pro 9.1 delays when Start and End frames set to 0

Thanks for the replies! I'll try to update soon, but for now I'll use that looping trick and just copy from 1 to 0 as needed. :)

AS Pro 9.1 delays when Start and End frames set to 0

When I'm drawing I sometimes hit Spacebar accidentally, and before I know it I'm manipulating points on frame 100 instead of frame 0. I thought a genius way to avoid this would be to set the Start and End frames to 0 in the project properties. That way when I hit Spacebar nothing happens. The proble...

Re: A short clip from WhiteLand

I love your attention to detail. Especially the floaty bubble things and the shadow on the forehead created by the hair. You have a very impressive project here!

Re: Good Afternoon! • Short Cartoon Series Produced in AS

Good effort. Thanks for your feedback. I wasn't really sure what to do with that last one since it was mostly short cuts of people being interviewed. I think you'll find the next episode to be a better effort. ;) In this month's episode, Mitch shares a slightly misguided pep-talk about viewership r...

Re: Keyboard Shortcuts Sometimes Don't Work Until Restarting

That could be what's doing it; thanks. I'll pay closer attention to see if I can use Alt or another key to fix the issue without restarting the program. Also I forgot to mention I'm using AS Pro in 32-bit mode. I almost never used it in 64-bit mode, though, so I don't know whether that might make an...

Keyboard Shortcuts Sometimes Don't Work Until Restarting AS9

After working in AS Pro 9 for a while, it stops recognizing my key strokes. I will press G to switch to the lasso tool but when I click I find the earlier tool is still active. (Clicking the select tool icon works.) I will press Ctrl+C then Ctrl+V but nothing will be pasted. (Clicking Edit | Copy an...

Bingo; that's what I'm talking about. :) Just keep the head facing toward whomever the character is talking to.

Re: New Animated Comedy Series - Thoughts/Opinions Wanted

Yeah; when the nose is the only thing moving it looks awkward. When I made the suggestion I was referring to scenes where Character 1 would be speaking to Character 2, but Character 1's nose was pointed away from Character 2 the entire time. For that entire scene, have the nose pointed at Character ...

Also, yes I'm excited to see the updated character designs in episode 3. :)

Re: New Animated Comedy Series - Thoughts/Opinions Wanted

Well you can certainly take criticism. It's good to have thick skin. :) Honestly I didn't even notice your walk animation was just the entire body bobbing up and down, instead of the traditional moving limbs. It looks fine the way you're doing it. Especially since the bodies are smaller. It does rem...

Re: Backgrounds Created in Anime Studio

The aspect ratio looks ok to me. I see you've wrapped your URL tags inside other URL tags so none of the links go anywhere, though. ;)

I love the level of detail in your backgrounds. They are very stunning. I guess we really can do anything in AS!

Re: New Animated Comedy Series - Thoughts/Opinions Wanted

One minor tip regarding the animation is the noses. You may want to flip the heads, or at least draw a nose pointed the other way. When they were on the couch, even though their eyes pointed toward whom they were speaking to, their noses did not. That little detail would make the scenes look more na...
