Thanks Jahnocli - good point, I'll try and have a go at getting the speed a bit quicker - I might try and increase the blur factor too.

I did think about the proper eight legs but worried it might look too leggy if that makes sense - what do you think? Great point about the body - I'll add in a little bounce - thanks guys.

Thanks Rhoel - brilliant suggestions, I'll definitely implement those and take a look at that film you mentioned. I'm really looking to make it as good as I can. I'll resurface once I've tweaked it all :-)

Aw, thanks! It would just help if people said WHY they don't like it - then I can do something about it, make it better, and learn. I've not been animating for very long at all and when people just say "dislike", you think ok, but what can I do about that when you won't tell me?

Hiya. I liked the rendering/colours - good walk cycle. Only thing I found a little strange was that the robot seemed to fall over and then got pierced with the flag (thought the piercing was a great idea). You could also maybe, make it more floppy as it goes down - tricky I know. anyway, hope that h...

Thanks - appreciated. To the people who clicked dislike - I was actually quite annoyed not because they disliked it, but because I've posted these animations, which have taken me months to make to get some constructive feedback and advice on stuff I can improve as opposed to just "dislike"...

I thought it was great. You could maybe tweak it a little by working on some of the walking shots or little nuances like eyebrow raises, twitches, blinks etc when someone is in shot and not doing anything. But overall I thought it was fantastic and bordering on pro anime. very inspiring.

Anyone bought Poser Debut

I just want to know whether you can draw and animate 3d models and characters from scratch. (please don't suggest some other software as I can't afford it!) I'd ask someone from Smith Micro but there's no email contact and their support incident raising doodah is shite.

Mysterious tutorial 5.8 (studio debut 7)

Amazing camera effects tutorials involving a fly past around trees - labelled tutorial 5.8 but there's nothing about it in the help manual. I already know the basics of camera angles, the need to set origins etc but a step by step breakdown of how this tutorial was made would be excellent. Also want...

My little anime trailer

Ello. I would guess you're all seasoned veteran animators using Pro 7! But anyway, here's my first ever effort using Anime Studio Debut 7 which I got for Christmas.
