Wow, I got bit by the same problem. After enough swearing at the computer I went to the forums and was glad to find your note.
I restarted MOHO and the delete shape came back. Now I am wondering if it was just because I was not on frame 0.

Can I provide any other information which will help work thru this?

Are your camera keys linear? or stepped?

What is your frame rate? 12? Try 24 and see if that is better.
