Re: CRAZY RACE

The drawing style is very nice.
The horses coming towards the camera at the start makes it quite dramatic.

Re: Cores and rendering AS11

Hello, sorry for my bad english, have six cores processor, when i render in anime studio 11, there are only 4 CPU working (as i see on the top when i render animation : CPU1, CPU2, CPU3, CPU4, Video encoding). WHY ? Because the program is programmed that way. Rendering is often limited by the memor...

Re: New computer recommendations wanted

AMD will release the Zen early next year. The prototypes looked promising and can compete with Intel. So maybe you wait until that comes out it could put some pressure on prices. For fastest rendering you need 4 physical cores and very fast memory. For a 3.4GHz processor something like 2133 MHz. GPU...

The cat is cool but the yellow planet seems to be flat because the craters closed to the edge are round.

Watching this video is like a trip. Having two scenes at the same time in different stiles is a great idea.

How do you keep your judgement?

Hello, when I make something I often find myself at a point where I can't tell whether it's good or bad. By leaving it alone for some month I often come to the conclusion that it is the latter. But how do you keep the judgement while being in the process of making it? I come from a technical backgro...

Re: Brexit

Thanks, Slowtiger Overall it's much too slow, and some shots are completely unnecessary. The idea was to create a bleak monotonous atmosphere. But you're right, some footage doesn't give any additional information. Whom do you want to reach with this film, and in which direction do you want to chang...

Re: Brexit

@jahnocli, @synthsin75, thank you for your comments. They are quite helpful because it's hard to get feedback from people who don't know what to make out of it. So I understand where the problem is. My train of thought was the following: I found the slogans of the campaign quite ridiculous: You pay ...

Brexit

Hi,

I would like to have some feedback on my video.

What do you like about it?
What not?
What would you improve (e.g. blocking)?

Re: Transparent background?

It depends on the codec. Some codecs support alpha (transparency).

If you're on Windows Lagarith is a pretty good lossless codec. But PNG sequences still have a better lossless compression and are supported by many programs.

http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=04G-P4-3748-KR I am replacing an anemic Radeon 6450 that is prone to overheating. This one is even slower than the iGPU if you believe passmark: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+6450 score: 288 http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu...

Re: Video Export Encoding Options

For Windows Lagarith is a good option. You have to install it first, of course, but then it will be visible in every program.
It's lossless and has a good compression for cartoons.

When you click into a number field and turn the mouse wheel the numbers change. Maybe you're looking for that.
