I'm new to this and just made my first talking characters using papagayo.
My question is how do I bind the mouth's switch layers when I use a smart action that turns the head?
When I try, the mouth stays in the same place and does not turn with the head.

When I make the action for the bone the manipulate bone tool is greyed out

HI I'm having a problem with smart dials. Once I create the bone, constraints, name it. Then I create the action but when I try to select the vector file I want to manipulate the action menu drops out off the menu for the bone and open a new menu for the vector I've just selected.
