SWEET (un)HOLY CRAP!!!! Once again I have to ask this forum's recurring question: "was this completely done using AS?" My first quess would be that the effect Mikdog was describing was done in Combustion or After Effects, but I could be wrong. In any event, this is really top shelf work!! ...

Could you explain this a little more? I'm relatively new to AS, too. Are you using "switch layers" or are you morphing the vectors?

Thanks.

In the Help file (User's Manual), go to "User Interface" folder, then "Layers Window".

That'll get you up-to-speed.

@ Binus, that's pretty sweet. Looks real good.

@ selgin, the post from GreyKid isn't that illuminating. Sounds like he's just saying "No, we don't use that many switch layers, just an extensive pre animation setup."

Anyone know what he's describing?

E-Frontier should consider this a showcase example of what can be done with AS or Moho.

One little crit, I wasn't too sure either about what was going on with the block of type, or what the Gutenburg guy was thinking.

quivering drop shadow

The QT movie I created with a drop shadow (via one of the tutorials), has a weird quivering look at the beginning. ??? Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it? ...
