i don't now if someone has any idea about what happened in chile, but this animation is a little different in some aspects.

i did not turn the bones in that axis.
i import the 3d object and i insert it in a bone layer. then i put the bones (wich only moves in x and y). when the movement is more complex, i turn the entire layer.
is something similar to 3d bones, but, obviesly, more difficult and limited.
