Re: Anime Studio 10
I think what'd really help newcomers is if Victor's v10 movie AS files are released to public so they can see how he animated those scenes, if the files aren't already available with the purchase of v10.

Nice. The first one with the sketchy style, could you please explain what settings you used? Looks good, natural.

Re: 8bit Music Video Experiment
HeyVery. I mean, Hey Vern. I mean, Hey Heyvern. Man. My dad had a stack-load of vinyls that I think he gave away because he had trouble selling them. I still have a stack-load of CDs but generally buy my music now on iTines or similar. My favourite CDs either get lost / borrowed / damaged from overp...

8bit Music Video Experiment
Hi. Last year I started (and never finished) a music video for one of my brother's songs. Was a bit of an experiment to see what super-low-res 8bit may look like. Here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7bou5aTR9ww Or here: 7bou5aTR9ww I stopped mid-way as I wasn't quite sure whether this approac...

Hello.
Thanks Willf.
Thanjs Negroclarito.
Thanks Danimal. Heh, well, I hope it helps for any future pixel-pushing. You have your 8bit animation up somewhere?

'Let's Animate!' with Mike Scott - 8bit/16bit pixel tutorial
Hi. I made a tutorial about using Photoshop (or any other graphics program) to make 8bit / 16bit videogame pixel art and recommended settings for Anime Studio when importing the sprites: adf1OwGvl9w or http://youtu.be/adf1OwGvl9w If you're considering trying out the ol' pixel look, maybe check out t...

Re: export animation with transparent backgroud
For a single image, you can render the frame and save as PNG instead of JPEG, gets saved with transparency afaik. For an entire animation, as slow mentioned, export as a Quicktime movie using the .PNG codec, in the settings before export select 'Do not pre-multiply alpha channel' and if you have the...
