Weld Points Shortcut

Hi. Can anyone tell me where/how i can change the default keyboard shortcut for weld points? I have a copy of Moho on another computer and it's weld points shortcut is defaulted to the "Enter Key". I need to change this back to the "Spacebar". I have tried looking in the "Edit Keyboard Shortcuts" un...

Re: Forget Head Turns, please.

I see your point but why would you ever want to do an animation like that is beyond me.

Re: Cartoon Animator 4 (CT4)

Admittedly I looked at the first Beta April last year before it was officially released so things may have changed a lot since then. I think my biggest annoyance was having to swap parts in a pre rigged character. It was just too creatively claustrophobic :) One thing I loved though was the active d...

Re: Cartoon Animator 4 (CT4)

Just my opinion. I beta tested CA4 and found it quite difficult to rig a custom character having to rework a lot of pre-existing parts to make the default characters work. It would have been way easier to just do it from scratch in Moho. As far as the motions go they are limited and ok I guess. Plus...

Siggraph Animation Festival

I have been asked to spread the word re Siggraph Asia 2020 Computer Animation Festival. Call for Submissions, ends July 31. There are no entry fees, the submission process is pretty simple, and folks can enter multiple works. We’re looking for 2D/3D computer animated stuff! – shorts, commercials mus...

Re: Animaker Videos List

Yeah it's a pain!
Hope you get it back and working again. I was pretty happy with 12.2 to be honest but I'm dreading the day when Moho will stop connecting to SM completely and the software just works in demo mode :(

Re: Mohpose 3D Posing System for Moho 12

Hi lychee. That 2.5 rig is amazing great work! Mohpose is a 3D reference tool that uses a 3D mesh you can manipulate to assist animation and drawing in Moho. It is not meant to be a character designer but a tool you can use to assist with 2D animation and drawing. inspiration taken from Clipstudio w...

Re: Mohpose 3D Posing System for Moho 12

Hi Mike. Wow. Thanks for the response. It's really the great tool set that you created that is behind it. All I did was rearrange things but good news is thanks to Wes I have managed to halve the amount of actions which opens up the flood gates for more options and also save/load custom actions. Nex...

Re: Mohpose 3D Posing System for Moho 12

Hi hayasidist.
I will send you a copy now.
I tried using layer referencing to free up the main layer but it doesn't work, way too laggy and it does strange things
to the actions.

Re: Mohpose 3D Posing System for Moho 12

Hi Wes. I( actually built it for myself as a design reference for a character I am creating. Initially inspired by Clipstudio's 3D character you can pose and draw. I wished Moho had something like this so I tried to make it with Smarbones and it worked! As far as selling it, that wasn't what I had p...

Re: Mohpose 3D Posing System for Moho 12

Thanks jahnocli. Yes, It is quite fun and easy to use for Moho users and 2D animators who are used to dealing with 2D views. That's why I split it up into 3 views, Side, Top and Front. Most of the work gets done in the side view panel at the top. Other 3D software confuses me where it's all basicall...

Mohpose 3D Posing System for Moho 12

Hi everyone. I've spent the last few weeks creating a 3D figure posing system for Moho 12 and up. I'm calling it Mohpose V1 and it's based on an extensive set of Smartbone Actions and bone nesting. http://www.creativetvandmedia.com/Forum/Image1A.jpg http://www.creativetvandmedia.com/Forum/Image2A.jp...

Re: Klaus Lighting Tutorial & Moho Lighting

Hi Luke. I am a big fan of the Klaus process and also thought that this could be something done with Moho. Maybe a set of template files could be developed for different lighting scenarios where all you have to do is place your character inside and split the layers up to achieve the results? Anythin...
