Render is only available in Anime Studio Pro. You'll have to 'export animation' in order to see the final.

While separate construction curves and fill/outlines sounds nice, I think that unifying the construction curve systems (i.e. vectors and bones) would be easier to implement. I'm working on a technique that would accomplish much of what you're looking for. With some tool improvements, I may have a fe...

Have you installed fazek's replacements tools? they work pretty well on that. (I don't understand you if you already have installed them) Yes, I have Fazek's tools, but they don't do what I'm looking for. ...and click outside any bones to unparent (shouldn't that be to orphan?) a bunch of bones. Th...

Or if you copy this keyframe to frame zero, you should then be able to delete it.

You could probably modify the create bones tool to unselect a bone after you've created it. That way new bones don't get children of the previous. Should be fairly easy. I've looked and messed around with the script, but haven't found the reference that handles this. If I create all of my bon...

Well I imagined this could be interfaced in the tool options on the workspace window, but I don't know enough about scripting. Thanks for letting me know.

Better bone parenting tools

Has anyone scripted an add bone tool that includes parenting options? I think it'd be really helpful if I could either disable auto-parenting as I'm adding bones, and/or parent every following bone to the selected bone. Please help. I'm so tired of either trying to remember to hit enter to deselect,...

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I've wondered about many of these for soooo long. I had no idea some of these even existed.

I'll have to look up some of these now that I know their names, to see how to use them. :o :D

I mean: I see some NEW tools in your tool palette. Can you share the scripts (lua files) of those tools? I posted a while back asking people to share these, but I got no response. Like you, I've seen a lot of screen captures that include tools I haven't seen. Genete, would you like to kick off this...

Uh, creating an action for a group layer also creates it for its sublayers.

But yeah, the timeline could really use some work.

Perhaps an example would help me understand what you're trying to do.

As long as you create your action while the group layer is selected, and then alway reselect it before changing sublayers, your actions will include every layer you add keyframes to. Enless you are just trying to copy animation from the main timeline into your actions. In that case, I do believe you...

Jeez, this is why we need a comprehensive manual for ASP. Think of all the headaches a simple definition of the sketchy effect could have saved.

Thanks DK!!!!!

That's what I'd REALLY want. I'd love to work with fewer layers, and animated shape order would go a long way to fixing that.

I'd say this one is number one on my feature request list!

I just noticed that the new version is missing the default swatch PNG. You can always copy or rename one as 'default.png'. It's there on my Windows version. Oops, yeah I installed it to a different location so I wouldn't lose 5.5. It would have probably been there if I had overwriten 5.5, uh? I may...

In the original post asking for this feature, the author was asking specifically for a texture fill that would rotate a circle shape by bone. This kind of manipulation wouldn't cause this trouble. That feature request basically only asked for texture translation, scale, and rotation by bone. So I gu...
