Re: Bitmap sketch layers

I've noticed with transparency the display prefers to have the current layer behind other ones. Thanks chucky. That works :) By the way, I just saw your video. Thanks! (Link below if readers don't know). tJJL5N3jVr8 By the way, is there something special you need to do to get swatches working for b...

Re: MOHO 13 - EVERYTHING WE KNOW SO FAR

Sorry, but can someone tell me, in simple terms what the activation policy means. In particular, I'm wondering about this line ... Moho will require an activation refresh every 45 days ... Since I'm only a hobbyist, there may be periods where I don't use the software for several months (too busy on ...

Re: Bitmap sketch layers

Thanks. On my system, it seems that it still disappears even with GPU acceleration on, but it definitely is about the opacity. Thanks for the info. It would be nice if you could mark a layer to stay unchanged, even at low opacity, since that's mainly what I think many people do with a sketch layer. ...

Bitmap sketch layers

Hey everybody, I'm playing around with the Moho 13 trial version (cool!) I'm wondering if I'm missing something or have a setting I need to tweak. Basically I want to use one layer as a sketch or reference, and then draw on top of that sketch with my inks. What I'm currently seeing is that the sketc...

It's always a continual learning process, between "Oh that's a really cool technique" and "Let's keep it simple" :)

Lessons Learned Just sharing some lessons I've learned while comparing different rigging approaches. Maybe it will help others. In particular, I'm working through approaches to help me reduce my character construction time. Just playing around a bit, while I have a little time off from work :0 gn5C...

Re: How do I force delete Bone target keyframes?

Wes' reply solved my issue, and gave me some ideas of what to look. What caused my scenario is just creating a bone on a non-zero frame. It actually had nothing to do with targeting. It was just coincidental that I was trying to create a target bone and saw the bone target key frame. I just created ...

Wow. That worked (as I expected, your advice typically does :)

How do I force delete Bone target keyframes?

Somehow, I don't know how, I created a bone target keyframe on one of my characters, but can't delete it. http://i67.tinypic.com/rvyj3k.png I've tried clear all animation from the document and checking every bone's target (all set to none). I am trying to use target bones for the feet. When I check ...

Re: Current Approaches

Painting Programs and How Tos I love working with Moho, but of course we can't do bitmap drawing directly in Moho, so I use other programs for that that. I've started spending some more time creating both sketches and images to use in Moho. Also, there have been some nice improvements to painting p...

Easy Head Turn from 3/4 View Hey everyone. This isn't anything amazing for the experts, but hopefully it will be helpful for some people. It's basically my current approach for easily adding a smooth head turn to a 3/4 view. It's been a while since I've had a chance to do some animating and I had f...

Yeah, I think the stadium is the best part. Plus, if there are beginners reading, there are a couple of example scenes to help you see how to build up a little video sequence.

What is this icon?

I'm looking at the new World Cup content and don't know what this icon is for the speed-lines layer. Can someone tell me? I can't seem to find it. Thanks!
