In Moho 5, you can't turn it off. However, as soon as you manually bind something, the "flexi-binding" is no longer in effect. So you're totally free to manually bind points to bones, but if you do nothing they will always be automatically flexi-bound. Is there a way to re-flexi-bind afte...

Re: Sweet!!!!

Hi musajoe: Very cool! I have some questions: 1) How long did it take to do one of these animations? 2) Did you use only Moho or use Moho for rigging and use Flash to do other parts ( panss/zooms...)? 3) How did you lip sync the animations? What software/method? Great work!!! 1) For the Fairytales I...

There used to be a way...

I earlier versions there used to be a way of saving a shape whose points had been moved as a new layer. I can't for the life of me remember how we used to do it but iyt is a very useful function (One that I really need at this moment in time!!!!) Can anyone remember how to do it or even if it is pos...

Squeaky site.

Hi gang. Here is a link to my site: http://www.squeakypics.co.uk If anyone is interested there are two four minute flash films done in Moho in the 'Fairytale' section. Also if you tippy toe over to the 'New & Improved' section 'Free second pair', 'Cartoon Network' and 'MTV' are Moho jobs. The 'L...

thanks for the compliments guys. sweetdood: Don't worry too much about drawing. There are many professional illustrators who make a living by not doing it very well. They call it syle though  Besides with moho you can put bones inside photos - think Terry Gilliam. The site itself is Flash and ...

There is a 'sketchy' setting in fill effect drop down. Also if you bring up the layer properties and then go to the 'Vectors' tab there are settings for Noisy outlines and shapes.
I've been eyeing these up for ages but never quite got the right project. :D

First frame of actions.

Don't know if this is a bug but..... I have an action where a letter is dropping in out of frame so after the set up frame where the letter is in it's final position, frame one has the letter out of frame. Now when I add the action into the Main time line at frame 1 the letter is on screen in its se...

You could maybe tie this functionality into the select preview range? When you ctrl click on the frame number bar to select the start and end points of the preview maybe that frame range would be counted for the export range. Or you could have a check box on the output panel to export frame range or...

You are on the right track. That technique should work fine. I've used in to do head turns. I parented my head switch layer (with frame by frame animation of the head turn) to the head bone of my skeleton. Any time I need to turn the head it is there ready. If you can manage to keep the same number ...

...Dave communicates with the dead.
There was a roumor that Walt had himself frozen just before he died. Just put your ear next to your fridge. You can hear him whispering to you.

Sorry, I can't send you the actual file I'm talking about. I'll try to explain in a clearer manner what I am doing. Example: I have an arm which has a switch layer where the hand should be. Inside the switch layer are two bone layers called 'hand side' and 'hand top'. These are pretty much what they...
