keeping the job, and keeping sharp

i am now working as an animator for a tv station.(have been for some time now) but what they mostly want is 'motion graphics'? (and that they want fast!) it has come to a point that i really don't do any character or any narrative animation any more (these things take time) at work we mostly use ado...

thanks jahnocli i didnt use much ease in/out keyframes but if the movement is from frame 1 to 10 i create a key frame on frame 8 and drag it back to about frame 6 and the movement is ease out (but with more control) i do this because with a short duration putting ease in /out keyframes is not notice...
