Re: Happy Easter 2014
I like it. I especially like the little rocking motion of the egg/eye on the ground when the other egg/eye drops.

I remember reading on his website that he'd been through difficult times. I hope things have improved since then.

Re: reduce point tool useless?
I found it very useful for reducing points after using the Blob Brush. I don't think it's intelligent enough to know which points you want saving and which you particularly want deleting. I have no idea what "SvGs" are? I hate it when people abbreviate words and leave others to work out wh...

Re: some rain and animation test
It looks like a very interesting project. I'm very pleased there's no gangsta rap (or any rap for that matter) featured as that would have ended my interest immediately.

Re: Animated background textures?
I agree Telemacus. Philip always replies and usually within minutes. I have asked Dan Ritchie, the creator, if there's any chance of adding additional animation layers. Fingers crossed.

Re: Dancing animation
That's great! The feet sliding isn't noticeable as it just appears to be part of the dance move. Very impressive and enjoyable.

Re: Setting Limitation of Frames to 10.000 and more
It's unlimited but even in Pro most people would render out each shot separately and compile in a video editor. I wouldn't even consider doing a 20 minute animation as one single file in any animation software.

Good Telemacus. I'm pleased you like PD Pro Howler and find it useful. I think Philip viewed your posts here and has done a whole series of tutorials on creating an animated tunnel especially for you

Re: Koalas Cartoon
I thought the drawings and designs were great. Other than that I have to agree with Danimal. I got to 3 minutes in, saw it lasted 15 minutes in all, and decided I couldn't watch for another 12 minutes. There was nothing to keep me watching. Of course, that's just my opinion

Re: My very first animation on Super8 Film
Thanks iteque. so good to know you enjoyed it. Hammerjammer, I did do shadows but I didn't spend much time on them at all. I literally just drew an oval around the character's feet then drew an imaginary line down from the arms and marked with a dot then drew a rounded line from the oval to the dot ...
