soon i will publish a detailed comparison on things that Toon boom do better Will you also include things that Anime Studio does better than Toon Boom? Because even from my limited experience with learning AS, I can see many many advantages so far. As for doing FBF, you're missing the point of Anim...

Peoples have been asking for FBF tools for a long time, but AS is not build that way. I spent quite a bit of time on TBA, only things I liked we're the drawing/fill tools and the FBF capabilities, besides that, I find ASP more intuitive then TBA, and as far as cut-out goes, it bytes TBS in the behi...

Only for 2 weak points in Anime studio, i will be still using booth softwares, and not for full AS. 1. Animation frame by frame. I know that AS is not focused in that and there's a way to do that, but not as cool as you can do in Toon boom. 2. Too complex for fill shapes. You can't draw freedom and ...

Re: Gradual visibility
How do I animate visibility? First you turn on allow animated layer effects for the layer you want to animate by double clicking it and openning the layer property window. Then you set the opacity of the layer at a specific frame, say 0% at frame 1. Then you go to the next frame and set the new opa...

How do i make an object appear and disapear?
Sorry, i know this is a very basic concept, i think did it in past versions (version 6 i think) with the paint tool, in first keyframe, i fill it with a color, then in another keyframe, i fill it with with the same color, but this time changing the alfa properties, it generates an animation of gradu...

64 bit support
Anime Studio is a 32 bit application and works good. But i see the difference about performance between 32 and 64 bit apps in the Final cut pro 7 and Final cut pro X, the difference feels great in a 64 bit app, a more faster workflow. Anime Studio is a great application, stable, and i don't have any...
