Working on a head turn action, created a new layer and forgot that the existing action won't effect this new layer.

Anything I can do to edit the file to attach the new layer to the existing action?

Create a new action on your bone layer and select your eye blinking layer Keyframe at frame 1 and 3 At keyframe 2 - translate the points of your eye so that the eye is closed in a blink.
