Re: Wolfwalkers trailer is here!
Victor, this is one of the most beautiful animated films I've ever seen! Tonight I watched Wolfwalkers for a SECOND time, and I enjoyed it even more. The first time, I was distracted by the beautiful imagery and animation. The second time, I was able to immerse myself in the story, and I found it ve...

Re: 2D Net driving me mad. Distorts at Frame 1
Still, all solved now and I can look forward to importing beautifully textured images into Moho, a new venture for me. Cool! I hope you can share some of your work here some day. Re: 'hard cropping' in Moho, that's something I've wished Moho could do too. I think Moho 12.5 and earlier can't do this...

Re: License question
Normally, you would go to the License Manager page and deactivate Moho from there. Here's the link: https://pgportal.smithmicro.com/ The page currently only mentions Moho 13 but I believe it actually supports Moho back to version 11. FWIW, I looked at my account there a few weeks ago and I still saw...

Re: 2D Net driving me mad. Distorts at Frame 1
The Crop tool is meant to crop the image layer non-destructively. I find this mostly useful when I import a multi-layer character that have the original document's full canvas size, and I want to quickly make the individual parts of the character have a smaller canvas in Moho, which makes them easie...

Re: Moho won’t work properly on Big Sur.
I can't read that forum because I'm not authorized to. Can you screenshot it and show it to me that way? Strange, I think that page should be a publicly accessible. In a nutshell, the announcement says Moho has been acquired by Lost Marble, which is headed by Mike and Victor. Then it describes how ...

Re: Moho 13 vs 12.5, preview quality loss?
Sorry, I misspoke. Bake To PNG is used to flatten a complex group to a rendered still Image layer, not an animation to an Image Sequence layer. I do use this feature a lot but it just occurred to me that baking to image sequence might have been wishful thinking on my part. Anyway, it's still an incr...

Re: Moho 13 vs 12.5, preview quality loss?
Oh, yeah, what Wes said too. Rendering 4k layers from Moho, as I described above, is an exception and not a rule for me. Normally, I only render at the final resolution I need for my compositing program. In the above example, I rendered at 4k because I needed to move the camera from character in far...

Re: Moho 13 vs 12.5, preview quality loss?
How do you deal with a case where you have two characters interacting in a scene, e.g. one walks towards the camera in a scene, and you want to render out both characters separately so you can do the compositing and lighting in AE (or in my case Apple Motion)? It depends on the level of interaction...

Re: pc moho to Mac Question
Is there a way to ask Moho to search for the missing files in a batch, because one at a time is going to take ages. That's one of my regular complaints about Moho: it doesn't allow you to define a project's content folder like some other animation programs do. A related headache: Moho should also a...

Re: 2D Net driving me mad. Distorts at Frame 1
If I crop a layer brought in from outside it distorts at frame one when in a 2D net. If I crop the PNGs down before importing them and just resize them it all works fine... but why? It's always behaved that way. Don't know why but maybe Moho needs to see the actual boundary of the image for the Mes...

Re: Moho 13 vs 12.5, preview quality loss?
Yeah, really, I was close to getting depressed looking at the state Moho was in, I looked into alternatives, but there wasn't any even remotely appealing. Hi, I know exactly how you felt. Since you brought up these 'alternatives', a few comments based on my experience... Except for Cartoon Animator...
