Help with "New Document" - Tool Script
I have made a Tool script that creates a New Document - mimicking File New (or Ctrl-N). I like clicking New on toolbars, so I am trying to replicate that functionality via the Tool panel. The script function itself is as simple as can be, and it works: moho:FileNew() However... I have a couple queri...

Add Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl Shift [
Hi, I am trying to add two keyboard shortcuts consisting of "Control Shift [" and "Control Shift ]", but neither key combination works. I have a horrible feeling that it has something to do with regional Keyboard layouts / locale - as I also see some incorrect mappings when I hit...

Re: ASP 10 Drawing tools question
Thanks! I'll have to get that script. The script is already there under: [Scripts] -> [Draw] -> [Split Curve] ( as indicated by heyvern ). Whilst we are on the subject of the "Split Curve" tool, I actually think the name is misleading. The first time I used it I was trying to break an unf...

Re: What kind of monitor you use?
I currently have a three monitor set-up. L: 1680x1050 (Secondary application/s) C: 1920x1080 (Primary application/s) R: 1280x1024 (Internet, YouTube & Stuff) I used to have just one monitor for many many years - and now I could not live without all three. Every time I upgraded, I simply hook the...

Re: AS10 - Preview Animation shows Black Screen
Thanks Greenlaw, your hint was very helpful. - A few days ago, I disabled the GPU-Acceleration because I had some problems with a flickering UI when GPU-Acceleration was enabled. I found the same thing. I disable GPU-Acceleration because I didn't like the way curves were "straightened" du...

Re: AS10 - Preview Animation shows Black Screen
Hi, I wasn't aware of an issue until this thread, but I also have the lights-out preview issue if I disable the GPU acceleration. But I don't normally do that - as I don't have a flickering display issue. Also confirm that the GPU enabled preview renders squares for Fire_threshold2. NVidia GTX610 G/...

Re: How long have you been using AS?
Hi all, I am new to the world of animation. I started evaluating ASP 9.5 about 3 weeks ago, then Debut 10 was released - so I bought it (full of excitement) and then upgraded to Pro a few days after that (buying in US$ to avoiding the rather silly currency conversion rates). I am quite technical by ...
