When working with masks I always check the following if something like this happens:
What does the preview look like?
Does it look ok if you turn' GPU acceleration' off in the display quality?

Very cool. Did you use animated textures for the pen look?

Re: Star Wars intro - X axis version
I'm not sure of this new direction
But I bet they wish they had Moho when they made the original:
...You could have a go at the Flash Gordon intro next.

Re: Delayed Layer References
I wanted to create a pattern of items, but found stacking the items an issue - the last one placed is always on top. The best fix I've found so far, is to use 3D layers/shapes, rotated slightly. This way Moho can order them correctly: https://www.animestudiotutor.com/images/patterns/stars_final.gif ...

Re: Animated 3D Globe
Nice work hayasidist! You can also place the camera inside the shape for more effects. Yesterday I created some groovy gifs like this: https://www.animestudiotutor.com/images/patterns/pattern_14.gif https://www.animestudiotutor.com/images/patterns/pattern_BW_2.gif You could do the same and animate t...

Re: moho 12 render issues
Try it with 'Enable multi-threaded rendering' unchecked, in the export window.
This normally fixes such issues.

Re: Delayed Layer References
Stan, to save you some time, I had a go updating it to include Z, rotation and the ability to start new layers from the top or from the bottom (stacking order). I've not done the random option. https://www.animestudiotutor.com/link/459/ I've been using it a lot today and made some interesting gifs. ...

Re: AnimeStudioTutor.com - Competition
Smith Micro have just replied - If you win the competition, and you don't mind the wait, then they can offer a free upgrade to 13! They also said, if you own a copy of Moho 12 and don't want another copy, then an alternative prize of either Poser Pro or Clip Studio Pant EX will be offered. The compe...

Animated 3D Globe
This was created 100% in Moho. It's done using a movie as a texture to a 3D layer.

Re: Is there a script that does this?
Víctor's answer and Stan's script looks like the best option, but I thought I'd have a go at doing one but with the gap moving around rather than the line 'worm':
