Re: My future with Moho

Wow, just found this thread. Sad to hear that you've moved on from Moho. I think the market for 2d animation software has been declining for years so it's understandable. I wish you all the best. Moho was and is my favorite animation software.

Re: New computer recommendations wanted

I'd get the fastest/best CPU you can afford. The rest you can upgrade at a later date when funds allow.

Damn those were some good pointers. If I knew half as much as Chucky, I could give half as good feedback!

Re: Life After Adobe CS6: What software are you using?

I don't see many reviews on Paintshop Pro X9 yet, it looks like a new release. I remember older versions came with a GIF animator, but I think they removed it. I always thought of it as a cheaper photoshop, but still very good. I've never used Krita or Vegas, but I'll take a look. My main problem wi...

Life After Adobe CS6: What software are you using?

I've been pretty happy with Adobe CS6, but it's definitely beginning to show it's age. It feels like the rest of the world has moved on to CC, but I never upgraded because I refuse to pay a subscription. However, my resolve is weakening. What software is everyone using these days?

Re: CRAZY RACE

The alternate reality american empire setting seems like a really fun choice, great potential for satire. John and Jackie are both recognizable, and I loved the indian horse jockey. Nice background art too. I might add a few more sound effects, like crowd cheering and music to pump up the scene, may...

Re: My First Meshwarp

Thanks Diana! I used smart warp, which is similar to face morphing software but for animators. It's insane how much it lets you distort the original image. Probably my favorite new feature in Moho 12 Pro.

Re: Short clip of music video

Really liked the cloud scene, the way you had the girl's head turn back to make sure the guy was behind her.

Re: Kurmi (smart bone rig)

Really amazing. It's pretty clear these smart bones were heavily inspired by your videos showcasing Rudiger's Morph Dials script. I never bought AS8, but this video alone sold me on AS9.
