Re: Anime Studio with Hash Animation:Master

Thanks both. Although I've been on the project for a while the actual time spent on creating it probably hasn't been that much in all. We are often working very long days at work now so I'm too tired or don't have the inclination to start animating again when I arrive home. It's still progressed tho...

Anime Studio with Hash Animation:Master

I mentioned I'd used Anime Studio and Hash Animation:Master together in another thread. It didn't seem appropriate to post these in the other thread as it would have been a bit off the original posters topic so I'm posting here. From a music video I've been working on for ages. Very nearly finished ...

Re: Why Is Anime Studio Pro So Cheap?

I see lots of my favourite things mentioned in this thread. Anime Studio, Hash Animation:Master, Serif Software (their PhotoPlus is a great alternative to Photoshop and they have a brilliant video editor in MoviePlus too) and the film The Secret of Kells :D I'm so glad that my choice of software pac...

Re: Looking for animator/artist for 4 minute animation

Now you've explained more fully I can appreciate what the project is about much more. If the nature of the video and work had been described more fully in the original post it probably would have had a different reaction. I have done work for free on projects I believe in, usually animal charities, ...

Re: Looking for animator/artist for 4 minute animation

You "Can't pay much as I haven't got funding yet"?? What a cheek!! Wouldn't it be best to wait until you HAVE got funding so you can actually pay someone for the extreme amount of work you expect them to do? I take it YOU aren't working on the documentary for nothing or you wouldn't be app...

Re: Raith Kennedy ep 2

That's pretty good. The only thing that stood out was the lack of variation in shots. Generally no shot should last more than an average of 6 seconds. When the guy opens the door the following long shot of them talking lasts a minute! Cutting to close ups of each character talking, from a different ...

Re: an attempt at psychedelic transitioning / dancing

Great animation and the dancing is impressive. I'm animating dancing myself right at this very moment (just a simple cycle) so I was very curious to see what you'd done. Looking good :D

Re: Inserting Images & Manipulate Bones

Just go through the tutorials, in the Help menu at the top of the screen, that come with the software. They will teach you all you need to know. No need to pay or search out other tutorials yet. They are fun to follow and you will learn a lot.

The 'music' did nothing for me but the visuals were great! I turned the sound low and kept watching so it held my interest. Very good :D

That was excellent! I too was captivated and never did I feel the urge to skip forward. I didn't want to miss anything. It could have almost been an episode of Twilight Zone. Very well written and animated. Absolutely brilliant! :D

Re: ***Animation Team Wanted****

Really you aren't doing anything other than what Ralph Bakshi advised artists and animators to do in his Comic Con talk that is posted elsewhere on this forum. After all, you aren't forcing anyone to work for you. I did look at your comics and your drawing isn't too bad at all. I do agree with other...
