Try with this Font manager Works on PC, and you`ll be able to temporarily install individual fonts / from the tab "Not Installed Fonts". The thing is to do this before starting AS and they should be available later on ,till you quit the Manager. Still, there are some fonts which are not do...

Indeed, I was not precise in defining the Shape term. Thought that filled shape would be easier to memorize and distinct from Curve/Path/Edge.

Perhaps this would relieve you from any further doubts.... Point is a basic unit of creation in AS. Line between two points is a Curve/Path/Edge. Attribute given to this line is Stroke (Outline). .rtf stands for Rich Text Format, and it is a text file, not the font file.

Common extensions for fonts are .ttf .otf

I`d just add that what you did on lips is what you should apply on other elements - three shades of one color, from deep shade to "specular" detail. It could be reduced to only two shades, but than you`ll get a dramatic look which might not be what you need here. Perhaps if you search for ...
