Hey Cap, I have some ideas about the mothers jiggle... i think the up/down movement is right when shes jumping but maybe rather than following on with more up down bounces you should try and jiggle the mass left and right? Hi there, I know this may seem obvious, but despite quoting jordanek's system, it doesnt seem like youve made any attempt to rig it in the same way. Firstly you need to simplify your points - you have 5 points defining a curve you could achieve with 1 point... Secondly you have to rig the bones like...

might be useful to know for 'passing on' binding to other bones - i'm guessing you can re-parent the bone you are about to delete with whichever bone you want to inherit the binding before deleting it... :)

Did you use papagayo to analyse the mouths for switch layers? imho it doesnt seem totally in sync, and theres a distinct lack of a O and OU/OO mouth shape - considering shes saying 'i knOW WHo did it - yOU' its important to include this mouth shape.
