Something crazy happens right at the end which I'm chalking up to YouTube's compression as it looks great up until that point. Very nice scene and the streaming light is particularly cool!

There are no Group layers in Debut, no. However, you can use a Bone Layer to do the same thing. You don't have to set it up with bones, you can just use it to group other layers.
