I downloaded the file but alas, it didn't work for me. I got a lua error message and the bones appeared to be absolutely disconnected from the vector layers.

yeah....

I'm noticing that it doesn't even work! -Or maybe that it doesn't work like it used to. Is there some new step that has to be engaged, like using a layer reorder tool, or something?

I think flipbook pdfs would be good. That way, you can print them out and watch them on the subway and everyone would look at you curiously.
