I downloaded the file but alas, it didn't work for me. I got a lua error message and the bones appeared to be absolutely disconnected from the vector layers.

Well it's not specified in the post, but I'm assuming that you don't want wiggly lines, right? in that case I have one thing to say: LAYERS! That's right, layers. For years animators would animate characters on multiple layers so that they could isolate areas that aren't supposed to move from areas ...
