Thanks for the demo it did help a lot on a project I'm into. I'm going to have to start making notes so I don't have to try and remember where I saw something that answered a question I forgot I had. My own cookbook so to speak.

The gather media addition has been a big help to get everything together. When I start a project right off the bat I give it a folder then build everything into it. However now with Win7 and it's library system I might rethink this as I could leave many things in parts folders. Then there is Anime's...

I ran into the same thing with Firefox. Ended up having to go TOOLS and set up some net protections. Actually turn some off and then also needed to follow a rather convoluted path. BUT once I got there it was very good and towards the end pointed me in some new directions. No many how many times you...

PNG cut and paste

Almost all of the heads I used I got from the web. Then via Corel PhotoPaint turned them into .png files. This let me get rid of all the background and set them in a transparent box. After the opening where I used the Anime technique to get the mouths in sync with the audio track http://i1183.photob...

Finaly got one done

It was quite a learning experience. Hopefully the next one will be both faster and better.

Windows 7

uddhava :

have you tried setting the old programs in the Win 7 OS to work as they did in a older vs? Right click on the icon and run trouble shoot comparability. I set a old vs ( 10 ) of Adobe to run as windows xp and it works. The screen blinks out and back when it starts but it will work.

As I'm coming from the world of CorelDraw and vinyl graphics I find the tools in AS very straight forward and easy. ONCE I get the terms in my head. A lot of which are patterned after Adobe Ill. Stroke is not a Corel term it uses outline, points are nodes. All the same just a little different in wha...

A bunch of gradient controls I should not have

Some how I have all these extra gradient controls, from who knows where?
How do I get rid of them. They can't be good just junk information in the file.

I can get them to match but there is still a little white space on one side or the other. Then if I try to animate in that area they will open up more as the shape moves.

Fix point that THINKS it is the end of a line

I have a point "node" that thinks it is the end of a line when it is in the middle of one. At least it acts like a closed shape other than STROKE. Being new to AS used Corel up to now, I might be missing something. I have read all the help and gone from start to finish in the FORUM. Wow th...
