Re: Partially blurred bitmap images

Thanks a lot for your advice Hayasidist and Slowtiger! And my apologize for answering so late. I was actually planning to show my own process through a video screencapture, which ended up turning into a slightly longer piece, that took a bit longer than expected to build up, hence the delay... Re: Partially blurred bitmap images

Yes I have, but it doesn't change much : Here is what we have with the mask blurred with a value of 20 : http://peep.s.free.fr/lostmarble/103115test_flou03.png And with an aditional alpha value of 128 applied to the mask : http://peep.s.free.fr/lostmarble/103115test_flou04.png Also thought of rotati...

Re: Partially blurred bitmap images

Thanks Hayasidist! Yes my first thought was indeed to create a group folder, apply a soft-edged vector mask on the region to blur, and duplicate of the bitmap image to put it underneath the mask. And it somehow does work indeed, yet only if the blurred duplicate is very light (no more than 1) : http...

Partially blurred bitmap images

Hey everyone, Very basic question I guess, but -- would there be a way to blur only a part of an imported bitmap image in ASP11 please ? I tried to use masked layers and cropped bitmap duplicates (as for smooth joints for multiple bone pairs for instance), but it didn't work. Any clues ? I am curren...

Re: Daily routine

Haha! well I'd rather say they're *contrails* if you ask me, but your question had me check whether I'd added 'chemtrails' as a joke in the Tumblr hashtags. ;) There already were vapor trails in a previous music video , as I sometimes find them quite beautiful. 1161318 (Cf 0'30" approx) http://...

Shadow layer + masking

Hi everyone, Would there be a way to exclude layer shadows from masking please ? A very basic question for sure, but I cannot seem to find any answer on the forum. Could have I missed something ? +++ In case it wasn't clear engough, let's take an example. http://peep.s.free.fr/lostmarble/082815emoji...

Re: Daily routine

Hey hey, sorry escroscarrow for the long time to answer. As for « controlling switch layers with bones », I actually applied the « smooth joint for bone pair » script (which I think is only available in ASP 10 and 11) to every bitmap sublayer of a switch layer folder, not to the switch layer folder ...

Re: Daily routine

SO what you can do to prevent the duplicated vector in the referenced FBF layers is just make a mark on that reference layer any kind on line or dot will do , that will prevent the vectors being transferred. Yes it's weird and you have to remember to ditch that mark eventually. Hum, WEIRD i...
