got nice lookin animation looks crisp but all separate

i go to shoot it in windows movie maker and the quality goes to CRAP i need to release this by tomorrow

everytime i change my project settings to "youtube 720" or w.e i always click to have it my default
but if i go back to the project settings after that its right back to what it was

does it actually change it?

are characters u create and save in ur library saved in a folder somewhere on ur computer?

i rigged a character on 1 computer but i need him on another
i googled for long time...i know u can do it
