Re: Head Turns Too Quickly Before Mouth Moves
Sorry to post again with no answer but this is even stranger and I thought if anyone else has encountered this they might know the problem. I rendered out the first 130 frames again just to double check the error and it animated just as it should. Keep in mind this is the SAME animation as the one I...

Re: Head Turns Too Quickly Before Mouth Moves
Now I see... I just realized that the video I just sent you isn't rendering as it shows when running the animation in AS. The first turn I did should have rendered at a full side view for a could of seconds but it somehow snaps back to the original position when its rendered. Something is interferin...

Re: Head Turns Too Quickly Before Mouth Moves
Hi JumboCracky, I watched your videos and saw your problem but when I opened up your file and used the head turn action it seemed to work fine. Does this video look like it's animating correctly? I used your head turn action a couple of times and it seems to be working o.k. so I wanted you to check ...

Awesome eskchat!
This is a very clever way to solve a complex problem! This is a highly useful technique that I'm sure I'll use a lot!!!!

Batman body turn AS file
Hi all! Still working on my character creator but I'm always fiddling with trying new ideas and figuring stuff out and I thought I'd share with you a small animation and also include the AS file so you can see how I did it. This is a body turn of Batman from front view to 3/4 behind view. Now I need...

Re: Anime Studio in Song of the Sea
I can't say how much I love this! It's so visually unique and so beautiful! Sometimes you watch animation that is so good you forget that it is animation and you're just enjoying so much you're not thinking about anything else. This is the type of animation I love the most! So good!!!!!!!!!

Re: Free hand not auto filling and...
Is the auto-fill box check at the top of the screen? Even though there may not be a shape filled in for the vest objects, check to make sure the stokes don't have two or more fills on them as well. Use the shape select tool (Q) and select the fill and hit delete, then, if there is still a remaining ...

Re: Quick test animation
So I've been working on a new character creator and I wanted to show you guys what some of the variations look like. As you can see I've only got a few clothing options for shoes, tops and bottoms but the amount of hair styles and accessories is pretty large. This is a small example of of types of c...

Re: Quick test animation
Another test with the same character model. Smart bone movements haven't added to the shorts so they're aren't moving properly but this was a test to see how if I could make a slow motion movement at the beginning and also animate the arms while the rest of the character is in a jumping loop. Target...

Selecting and deselecting points not working?
I'm trying to bind points to multiple objects and I can not deselect points by re dragging over with the selection box or lasso. Is this a bug in the version 10? If it's on purpose is there a way to correct it or make it so I can select and deselect multiple points without having to start over every...

Multiple fills - Are they necessary?
I've seen this question a lot and I myself have had issues with this myself and was wondering, is there a reason a shape or strokes have the ability to be filled with more than one color? I'm not sure what the real purpose or benefit of this is. I only ask because I've seen many cases where this opt...

Re: Effects Tab
Hi EHEBrandon, Anime Studio does have an effects tab, it's located in the style menu. It doesn't have all the features listed in the example you showed and these effects are only applied to shapes but with that and the scripts provided there are already quite a few things you can accomplish within A...

Re: how to correct this animation ?
Hello Labonneanime, As Droxon said it's a matter of the bone strength being turned down. Here is the same file with the bone strength turned all the way down and a simple walk cycle added to it. Nothing else was changed other than the bone strength but as you can see the character move a little smot...
