Re: Procreate Dreams
Pre-ordered as well. Tbh all i want is Shift and Trace and selective Onion Skins via Drawing Markers and i'm more than happy. Hopefully in 2.0, if enough classical animators make a fuss! I'm in favour for it to stay as simple as possible because the older i get the more i realize that simplicity is ...

Re: New Unity Script Needed / Rant
My guess is this is a pretty complicated thing to do AND to support in the long run and it's just never been Moho's focus so there's probably not that much expertise around (yet). It's basically a whole other industry, market and target user group with their own needs and requests. This is why i GUE...

Re: New Unity Script Needed / Rant
I agree that if it's advertised it should either work as expected or just be removed. Personally i wonder if it wouldn't be easier/wiser to get a third party to program a good interface between Moho and Unity via FBX export because it's really a whole different beast to just exporting videos and nee...

Re: Moho Equivalent of Toon Booms 'Auto Patch'
Replicating Auto-Patches (and masking/cutters in general) in the sophisticated way Toon Boom does is pretty hard without Nodes. It can work here and there with a patch layer but for the example shown with the jaw attaching to a skull, i would now suggest trying to do it with liquid shapes. That coul...

Re: Animation runs 3 times slower in v14. Anybody knows why?
I'm sure you'll get it to work. It is 14.0 after all and with the amount of graphics cards and drivers out there these days who knows what can happen. But it's definitely worth the effort because the new viewport is really *chef's kiss* ^^

Re: Animation runs 3 times slower in v14. Anybody knows why?
Hm yea i mean both bitmaps and vectors run much smoother in 14. It's weird, i'd also look at some bitmap examples. The only thing i can say is it definitely shouldn't do that but i have no idea what the cause could be i'd suggest writing support and maybe give them access to your file as well. Good ...

Re: Animation runs 3 times slower in v14. Anybody knows why?
That definitely shouldn't happen, if anything, Mohoh should be 3 times FASTER (for me it's buttery smooth and a dream). Nevermind, i just saw you're on Windows oops. Are you on a Mac and have a high density display? Moho's interface can have trouble with that so try running the software in low resol...

Re: Moho 14 is finally here!
Sluggishness of the UI on Macs stems from the high density retina displays. I still have to start the app in low resolution mode, then it's buttery smooth though. I think this just has to do with how Moho's UI is built atm. The Viewport is extremely fast though but yea i would recommend all Mac user...

Re: Moho 14 is finally here!
The Blob/Freehand stuff will make drawing replacement things like hands so much easier. And the sped-up viewport is worth the price of admission alone!

But... did you see this PDF?
https://lostmarble.net/Manuals/Moho%20U ... ual_HQ.pdf
This is the Manual. The Beginner Tutorial is a separate document.
It has everything about the layers/binding methods.
(Chapter 21: Bone Menu)

Easing Interpolation doesn't work as expected
Hi Saw another discussion about Ease In/Ease Out Parameters and while i think Moho uses the correct terminology, i just noticed that no matter whether i ease In or Out of a Key into a linear one, it always adds cushioning on both keys... https://i.postimg.cc/cHJ64FHz/Bildschirmfoto-2023-08-01-um-00-...

Re: Questions in regard to the mostly the (Motion) Graph Editor
Hi, Today I'm walking my way throught the motion graph editor to find out how to do the things I'm used to in other software, but now in Moho. Some things I use often I couldn't find so far and there are some other questions raised while learning Moho in this area, so I'm hoping anybody could help ...

Re: Why didn't Moho develop the right mouse button
It's just a guess but i think that's because Moho's history started as a tool on the short-lived BeOS which in itself was founded by an ex-Apple employee. MacOS didn't really have a right mousebutton menu until later so my guess is neither had BeOS or it was more limited. The "blinking" wh...

Re: Style Selection Problem!
I think both approaches described here are totally valid. Revamp the entire thing or keep the current workflow and optimize it. I'm sure the Moho people will come up with a good solution but i also agree with Victor that it's not the most pressing matter atm either. Good to have some ideas here thou...
