Not in the memory itself, I don't think, but you might be able to write a little "bridge" program that Moh-uh- Anime Studio could talk through to another app. Another option would just be to use a file for the bridge. For the amount of information you would need to send, the disk access ti...

One other possibility off the top of my head. If you fish through the Script forum, there are a few Embedded type scripts for making bones in one layer mimic those in another. I wrote the first one a while ago, but a few people have made vast improvements. So, in essence, you could have 2 separate b...

I'm not sure, but Lightwave might be one of the number of 3D apps that don't actually export technically proper .OBJs. Some seem to feel free to mess with the format and then everyone else is supposed to go along. I don't have lightwave, but you could feel free to send me one of you'rs and I can see...

No sweat. One thing to note is that many of the bones are unparented. The bone in the middle of the face is there, mostly, to keep the upper head from wobbling (more a "placeholder" than anything), but I thing pretty much all the unparented bones could be parented to that one.

Cute drawing. Sometimes I just have to mess with stuff, and I guess this was one of them. Pappy3b.anme So, check out tutorial 3.4. Nested bone layers are sometimes necessary, but not always. In this case I made a master bone layer ("Pappy") which has the body in it, as well as the head lay...

Right click (or mac equiv.) on "Mainline" in the actions window, and choose "Insert Copy" while the Action you want to copy to is active. Or from one action to another. It'll copy the keyframes to the active action transposed to start at the current frame. Pretty neat.

Huh? but they must contend with the bugs the user has introduced- How do you, as a user, introduce bugs? You can finds modes the software wasn't mean't to work in, and make it blow up, but introduce ? As a coding simpleton, I've tried to proof the dumb lil' scripts I've put out there, and when a &qu...

Well, the chop-up 'tween standard and Pro probably took a lot of the time we were waiting for it. Not unlikely theres a bit or 2 left over.

I thought that neither were external scripts, but perhaps thats the problem. Dunno, I would figure that if extra scripts were unavailable, they just were. Not that they would non-transparently deny you access. Curious.

I'm going to figure that you created layer 2 at frame 3, and that may be the problem. Creating new layers inside Switchlayers at other than frame zero is kind of a special case that's mostly been used for importing frame-by-frame (traditional) type animation. Since your new layer effectively doesn't...

If that's the case, try using another script like the Credits script (Scripts>Other>Credits) and see if that works, but if you tried that test file and it's not working, then I'm pretty sure it's something broken in the script interface on Macs. Could be a problem for a number of scripts, and just b...

I've never had any complaints from any Mac users, so it may be something has gone screwy when they set up the Mac port for the release. There are new localization functions, so maybe thats it. I made up a little script just to test the file opening: http://www.sharemation.com/Moho/MenuScripts/sf_Fil...

You don't have a problem selecting the wav file as a soundtrack? For the actual "pick a file" window, the script uses a basic part of the script interface for that, so that shouldn't be a problem. If the script itself had a problem with the file, it would tell you. If it's not letting you ...
