Re: moho seem to be making me stress daily

The people I've known who do best in animation tend to be patient, detail-oriented, observant, dedicated, focused, creative, not easily frustrated, creative... The people who give up are often in a hurry, easily distracted, bored, sloppy, lazy... But there are roles for everyone in animation. Look a...

Re: moho seem to be making me stress daily

Sometimes when I get lost in a scene and things start acting weird, I'll start fresh with a new, blank timeline (or action, or whatever is bugging me...) The earlier work isn't really wasted - it taught me things and got me thinking about what exactly I need to do. I can stop and think about the cyc...

Re: Pixelmator file import

Right... Pixelmator can import and export PSD files, so I thought if it wasn't too much trouble maybe Moho could support .pxd files if they are super similar or easy to translate. I wouldn't want anyone to go through a lot of effort, but if it was something easy it to do, I'd use it and I bet it wou...

Pixelmator file import

With all the talk of support for PSD files, I'd like to request support for Pixelmator files. It's an excellent Photoshop alternative that has layers and could, I imagine, be imported like a PSD file without much effort.

Re: Moho 13.5.2 update is available!

FYI, the in-application "Check for Updates" is now operational, and it worked fine for me (Mac Big Sur). I waited patiently to test it... and now I can play!

Re: actual walking n performing actions

Separating bone layers... I think this should be emphasized.

I think many of us tend to think we need one bone layer with all the bones per character. Multiple bone layers per character is a great tip for simplifying timelines.

Re: Fatal Error Moving to New Mac

Monterey might be a problem.

No one seems to know yet:

Re: Fatal Error Moving to New Mac

That's the new mac OS. Did you just install Monterey, or had it been working fine with Moho and something new just happened?

I'm wondering if upgrading to the new OS caused the problem... (and I've turned of my Mac OS auto-updating until we figure this out.)

Re: Moho 13.5.2 update is available!

Very nice to see such a range of improvements on this schedule.

FYI, I tried "check for updates" in my Mac /13.5 Moho after reading this and it said there were none available... (I'll try again later).

A 'shoot on twos" template/preset would be great to be able to select before starting.

A FBF start-up template, too!

You've been doing a lot of work and I hadn't seen many responses... so, again, appreciated! I bet a lot of beginners will find these handy, and even old hands might notice a new trick or two.

Crowdsourced Cinema VT

Hi all, Here's a little project we did this summer. Vermont folks did a Crowdsourced Cinema project, assigning scenes from Jurassic Park to creators throughout the state to remake. Everyone did different styles - live action, puppets, sheep as lead actors, and so on. We got our scene in late May and...
