as you can see here the arm is below the chello http://i.imgur.com/1ftMrE7.png i can prove that with the layer order http://i.imgur.com/85VoBsQ.png but when i export my animation it comes up on front http://i.imgur.com/C8WmNvb.png i have enabled animation layer order so there should not be a problem...

Also what version are you using? i am using anime studio pro 9 That's interesting. I updated it too and it tried ot install two versions for me too. I canceled the normal version so i just have x86 now. I hope i won't have any audio problems. To me it doesn't really matter because i find it better ...

double click the bone layer go to depth sort and click enable animation layer order and when you start animation just move one layer above or below the other layer
