Yeah, probably best to follow Mike's advice. I don't really use any conventional rigging, so my personal work flow would be hard to follow.

Nested switch layers, much like the opening example. You'd have:

Emotion switch
>happy switch
>angry switch

If you have cycling keys for blinking in each, then you'd only need to switch between which of these emotion switch layers is showing.

There is no right or wrong. If it accomplishes what you need then it is right.

To do a scrolling background, it's easiest to make one long background that the beginning and end match up. Then you can pan across (or translate the layer) once, use a step keyframe to return it to its starting position, and cycle the keyframes as long as you need. As long as you use a step keyfram...

You know, I probably should apologize. I went back and read the original post again, and I realized that he neither asked for nor invited any kind of comment whatsoever. Well except for positive comments. The creator is then offered a commercial distribution contract and becomes eligible for a packa...

jackismyazz,

While the swastika is itself a benign symbol, that looks an awful lot like the Nazi use. I'm guessing you enjoy trying to shock and offend as well. If that's your intent, it's merely boring. If that's you ideology, I'm sure you are unwelcome on this forum.

Hey profanity can be a great comedic device. But it needs to be just sparse enough to have some impact. After a string of expletives, one for comedic effect just falls flat. There needs to be contrast in any story or comedy. How entertaining is a song composed of a single note? It really is too bad ...

Yeah, this is a problem of layer ordering using internal layer IDs. Layer IDs are updated according to how many there are and where. On/off? Just delete the layer order keys and quit using it. Really this is only a problem if you don't plan well enough. You just have to not add/remove layers after o...
