I'm thinking about doing some more animations like this (I've been making these little papercraft guys and they're collecting around the house- check ...

This is a good animation in itself but what's really cool is how he projected on the window:

Disney Rapunzel

This looks like it will be pretty interesting- they are using a new animation technique to make the movie look like an animated painting. Still CGI, but they are using traditional 2-d animators in the process as well (drawing sketches/silouettes and filling them in with the 3d models): http://en.wik...

Your orgins of animation software?

I thought it would be fun if everyone listed all software/animation resources they used from the time they got interested in animation up till now- here's my list: 1) Animator - I don't think I had the etch-e-sketch one, but I had something very similar. I think it actually had a stylus and allowed ...

It would still be flv video though just embedded as part of a swf- actually I think you would still need to upload the flv to a remote site for the swf to read from... I think Newsgrounds is a site for animations that were actually created in Flash. SWF used to be great circa 1990 when you wanted to...

This image was obviously created in a paint program of some sort... I don't imagine it would be possible (or worth the effort at least) to get such painterly effect in Anime Studio..

There is a show on Qubo (some kids network here in US, think it's owned by NBC..) called "My Friend Rabbit". I'm almost certain it's done entirely in AS, but I wish I could find someone to confirm... Edit: Oops nevermind- it's animated with Harmony. You can see the reply I got from someone...

Yea, 30x30 is fine or larger if you want. I'll probably make them a little bigger than whats on there now. The animation should only be a couple seconds long (something that can be "looped").
