Re: I'm done. (edit: okay lets talk about this)

ianmage1 I was experiencing terrible crashes in AS11. I was going mad trying to come up with workarounds and just trying to work out what was going on. I too had my GPU not enabled from the main preference because in the past despite my processor and graphics card it would crash my software constant...

Re: AS 11 CRASH [UPDATE WITH VIDEO 18/06/15]

Everyone thanks for all of your feedback and assistance. Without sounding overly dramatic I am really worn out by it now. It's 2:20am (uk) now and I've been working on this since 9am yesterday - so I think its's a case of over exposure :D I'm gonna sleep on it all. And look at it with fresh eyes tom...

Re: AS 11 CRASH [UPDATE WITH VIDEO 18/06/15]

synthsin75 thanks for the response Yeah I have already been asked to submit my file. But as much as I am appreciative of the assistance I feel like that isn't very plausible for multiple reasons. 1. I cant make a copy of Anime Studio pro, and then pass it on to a friend. Yet I am expected to pass on...

Re: AS 11 CRASH [UPDATE WITH VIDEO 18/06/15]

Thanks neeters_guy But the same quicktime worked and rendered out fine in AS10. Also, it's not just restricted to quicktime. In my video I highlight how the document has no quicktime, just pngs and referenced layers and the exact same thing is happening. Even when just attempting to export. But than...

Re: AS 11 CRASH with .mov imports

Thanks for responding Victor. I cant post the video because I purchased it from videohive and I don't have the rights to do that. I have found a way around it. I had to export my animation as a legacy file (although this initially also caused the program to constantly crash). From there I worked in ...

Re: I'm done.

Sargumphigaus I feel your pain I'm done too!!! ASP 11 is now, for me a pile of junk. Sure it has lots of great features but it is now useless to me. I have lost countless hours trying to import and work around importing a video with an alpha channel. I am aware that the 64bit mode doesn't support qu...

AS 11 CRASH [RESOLVED]

UPDATE 19/06/15 I have now found out that all of the problems I encountered where because I did not have Enable GPU Selected in 32 bit mode. So far everything appears to be functioning as it should. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 1...

Timeline channels pro11 auto non functioning?

Does anyone know if there is way of reverting the timeline to display current channels as it did in pro 10? My timeline is displaying way too many channels, I have to continually scroll through. I have tried selecting Auto via the Timeline channel options which should display my current channel (pro...

Also Timestretch

Thanks for that DK :) - it's definitely something worth trying out, although in all honesty - talk about going all around the houses!! It would be much easier if this was something that came as a standard feature - I realised that even Microsoft Word has this function. By no means am I dissing SM as...

LEGACY SAVE OPTION

I think you should include a legacy save option in ASP. Sometimes when a newer version of any software comes out there are still a few unpredicted bugs, and although there are a lot of pros to switching, if I originally created something in ASP 7 and then opened it up and continued working on it in ...

Legacy Saving!!

Is it possible to legacy save on ASP 8. Sometimes when a newer version comes out there are still some bugs, and although there are a lot of pros to switching, if I originally created something in ASP 7 and then opened it up and continued working on it in ASP 8, and then things went pear shaped I wou...

Final Response

Although I appreciate some of the comments that people have posted, some of them prove exactly my point. People seem to be assuming and boxing me in with the stereotype of being some fresh faced kid straight out of Uni with no grasp of the working world. I am a lot older than you think and have had ...
