Use whatever software you feel comfortable with, and what fits your style. I use TVPaint to animate frame-by-frame and AS only for pans and cutout stuff. Others use Photoshop or even Gimp. Funk, Thanks for the response. I get what you're saying about using the pen for the Anime windows. It's just that now the area on the tablet to draw within becomes much smaller. And on top of that if I can't trace my own artwork than the tablet seems to become rather pointless. I do like the scanner...
