Re: MR Transform Rig Tool

Hello! When working with the Vitruvian Bones, the script automatically finds all the bones that are part of the Vitruvian group, but not the layers. That is, all layers with a vector always need to be selected manually.
Of course, that makes sense. Sorry, my mind had a lapse there.

Re: MR Transform Rig Tool

Hi KuzKuz. Today I had a problem with this amazing tool when using it on a vitruvian bone. Moho 14.1. When using the transform rig tool to flip a vitruvian bone (the one with the 'V'), it affects and breaks the rigging of the other vitruvian bones that are part of that vitruvian group, because it tr...

Re: First test with Curvers – Finally flexible cut-out limbs

Hmm I should play with this too. But this kind of fbf dynamism is too easy to achieve by just grabing the magnet tool and distorting the vector drawing conveniently. I see many people in general try to animate everything with bones and I feel that misses Moho best and most unique feature: point inte...

Re: My wish for Moho in 2024 – Concentrate on Timeline/Workflow improvements

I couldn't agree more with the general idea here that Moho needs way too more polishing than new features. I understand new features sell more, but at this point I think it's not worth it, because unpolished features scare newcomers away, and existing users just want all these wonderful existing fea...

Re: Lost Scripts' Shapes Window (BETA) for Moho 14

I think it should be an extra user action, not the text confirming key itself, to avoid selecting the next shape unintentionally.
Well I guess we can't always get what we want. Let's hope Moho improves the API regarding text fields. Still an amazing tool.

Re: Lost Scripts' Shapes Window (BETA) for Moho 14

+1. Any way of naming the shapes one by one without having to take the mouse would be very welcome. For me the natural instinct was to press enter to confirm the text and then arrow down, but enter doesn't work as you already know and the arrow down key is taken by the currently selected shape tool....

Thanks! Added to my notes. It sounds super useful because I've had problems with the jumping points and the new mode sounds like it's going to held much better against combining meshes other rigging features.

Re: Moho gets slow down when zoom in in the canvas.

It seems that we have the same problem with different solutions that are needed to be done. Have you tried it with PSD files? Edited: I face the problem not on Frame 0, but other than frame 0. No, I haven't been working with PSD's. And yes, the slowdown didn't happen on frame 0 here, it seems to be...

Re: Does anyone know what Frame-dependent Warping is for?

With frame-dependent disabled, the points controlled by the mesh are always the points that are within the triangle or quad on frame zero, even if you move the point elsewhere manually. This is generally more stable, since points won't jump around as they move through the influence of multiple mesh...

Re: Moho gets slow down when zoom in in the canvas.

Only disabling the effect doesn't solve it? I think in my case I only had to disable one of those two, the display of the effects or the mask display, not necessarily both. In the end, I decided to not use the gradient effect and use the soft edge effect instead, so I can keep the display of both en...

Re: Moho gets slow down when zoom in in the canvas.

I remember noticing a slow down that was dependent on zoom, yes. I concluded it was being caused by a combination of masks and shape effects like gradients, so not using that effect or disabling the display of shape effects or masks, both solved the slowdown. I'm guessing your problem has a similar ...

Re: MOHO14 user manual

Honestly, we just knew about the good news. I thought it was done by Moho's side, sorry for the confusion. Try the search for "liquid shape" .. that does (now) find references in 1.02 and 4.01, but it still doesn't pick up the references in "Appendix A" (or in the body text of o...

The web search was fixed already. Searching now finds the words not only in the titles but the text inside too. Comunicating it would have been nice because I guess many people just stopped using that web manual.

Re: Moho 14 - Issue with complicated masking on canvas. GPU disabling missing in this version?

I have a trick for creating the patch layer effect without using a patch layer. It's very handy because the technique works with groups, unlike regular patch layers. I'll throw together an example and post it this afternoon or evening. Cool, a patching trick. Looking forward to it. +1 (: I always w...

Re: Setting keyframes to 1s, 2s, 4s, etc

I think we are talking about different things here. If I understood correctly, OP is talking about the placement of existing keyframes, not about interpolation modes.
