Wow, I'm glad I asked. These ideas would really help new people find this stuff. Genete has a great idea. Just make a place to post AS files and scripts as text in the forum, and use this as a file hosting area. Then, like he said, just reference that url in your regular postings. That would solve t...

Yeah, I was wondering if it was a convincing technique. Doesn't sound too impressive though. Just a little cutting corners, huh? Thanks anyway.

In an old post Genete mentions using the Crashcore ( I.e. Macton) megamagnet tool. Maybe he still has a copy of it.

Magnet head turn?

I read in another post that there use to be a tutorial which explained how to do a head turn using the magnet tool. I can't find it from that old link. If anyone remembers this technique, I'd love to hear about it.

Macton tools?

Does anyone have, or know where I can find the Macton modified tools? I found where Vern had posted a new link for the other scripts, but it didn't include the tools. Namely his megamagnet and scale points modified tools. I'd appreciate anyone who could point me in the right direction to look at lea...

I kinda figured it had something to do with referencing frame 0. I thought I was being careful not to create on other frames, but turning on the other channels, I found keys I didn't mean to make. Thanks, now I know better.

Hey thanks. Any idea of what's causing this, or even why doing as you said works? I had tried copying and pasting these elsewhere, but it didn't work.

How do I delete these keyframes?

I've run into this a couple of times. I've got two keyframes in my point curvature channel that I cannot delete. I have no idea what causes this. Is it a bug?Anme file here
I know it's an ugly file, but I had to ask while I was running into the problem. I have no idea how or why it happens.

Thanks guys. That's the one I was looking at. Too bad all these scripts aren't collected and indexed by date or something.

Help

I looked everywhere. I've found plenty of posts for the script which allows you to use actions for lip sync, but most claim to be in the process of adding the ability to reference the actions and error check.
Could someone please tell me where the latest (best?) version of this script can be found?

Very funny. Good job. One question though. Did you apply your lip-sync data file to a switch layer for the ears? Maybe a little too much motion there. IMHO.

Multi layer action ability (including layer z depth animation, very important on DF head turn technique) However I often have "connected shapes" to keep things simple. One shape shares the edge of another so I only have one set of points to worry about for both shapes. Or I will often hav...

I am pretty sure if you create them with the AS tool you can access them with Fazek's tools. Yeah, I just have to use the AS tool to modify the groups. I just started using point group selection to make it easier to handle a faux 3D wireframe. If this works it should make turn actions much more fle...
