What you want to do is go one frame after your last bone keyframe to unlock the bone. This way auto-assist works as expected.

If I reinstall v12 and change the file association to match, it works, but as soon as I set Moho files to open in a different version they quit working again. Dynamics only react to the difference in values between one keyframe and the next and the time between them. The larger the change and the shorter the time in between, the larger the reaction. Aside from new features that you may or may not have an immediate use for, the far more accurate workspace display is huge. Things like masking and blend mode changes can be seen without having to render a frame.

It does seem odd that it's selecting the last drawn shape. Not seeing that here. You don't have a custom freehand tool installed, do you?

I also have a set-up that allows me to (interactively) override the "IsRelevant" function in selected scripts such that they do or don't show as I choose. (And this might well be the basis for implementing something as Wes has suggested re toolset "profiles" for different phases...

You either need more keyframes or use layer rotation.

Point motion interpolates in straight lines. So if there aren't enough, it will look like it's shrinking.
