The main thing that stood out to me was the characters seemed too "raw". It might be the style you're going for, but they seem unfinished.

I use the grid and ctr+c and ctr+v to do this. The grid settings can be adjusted to get the spacing for snapping the shapes into place.

If you select the corner points and select smooth, the cracks disappear. You might have had sharp corners option on when you added those points. You would have to fix the shape a little afterwards.

Yeah, you need the utilities lua. Go to ASP6>SCRIPTS>UTILITIES folder, and find the fa_sharedutils lua. copy and paste it into ASP8>SCRIPTS>UTILITIES folder.

Which ones don't work. I've had about 5 of them installed and they work, ASP8.2. Do you have the utilities lua. installed?

I don't know why this is. You could try a registry cleaner program, that might fix it. If this problem persists, you could try contacting Smith Micro tech support.

Do you mean lightning or a flash from say a camera? If its a camera flash, I would make a white starburst vector shape. Make it small and then scale it up over 2 or 3 frame to cover the entire workspace. Then switch off the visability on that shape. If you're looking for a lightning effect look at G...

I couldn't get it to show either. I ran it through my video converter software, converting it to QUICKTIME and then it worked.

Well, that would explain why it works for me. I have that codec installed.
