I know it's not the same device but I just undocked the layers window on my Wacom Cintiq Companion and it seems to still work fine with the pen. I have a regular Wacom tablet connected to my computer at work. I could give it a try there on Monday. Just wondering, which version of AS are you using? ...

This definitely sounds like a bug. But be sure to install the latest Wacom driver, sometimes they fuck up things as well, like 6.3.13w3 for OSX. Haha. Yeah I installed the latest drivers today. Still same prob. Not just on AS either, but any undocked panels. I guess I'll have to check out the Wacom...
