Anime Studio is a 2D vector software. That is why it doesn't deal with 3D content as well. You probably won't be able to rig anything, but you can move the objects around. This is a new feature. Make sure no key frames are selected when you edit. When you copy and paste keys, the original or pasted keys may still be selected. Everytime I copy a frame in Anime Studio pro 9 and paste it, instead of being independent from one another, it is linked! there's a script called key tool that is pretty useful.
