Re: Multiple audio clips in Moho debut 13

No, if you want all your audio to exist in a single track, it's best to render it out that way from your audio or video editing program. Otherwise, you need to place them on multiple tracks. That said, yes, it would be a nice enhancement to have Moho's Sequence behave more like a non-linear editor f...

Re: 11 Second Club January 2021 - work in progress

BTW, if this case is what I think it is, it's another situation where we need to be able to keyframe the visibility of bones and use that in a Smart Bone Action. For example, there have been many occasions when I wished I could set up a 'sub-rig' within the current bone layer that could be hidden an...

Re: 11 Second Club January 2021 - work in progress

Nice interpretation! Took me a second to recall where I heard the dialog before. Looking forward to seeing the final version. :) BTW, I can't see the link you posted, I get a 404 error. Technically, you should be able to nest another bone layer under a bone layer and this shouldn't have anything to ...

Re: Vintage Moho collectible

Cool! Thanks for sharing this bit of Moho history Mike. The earliest version I still have online is the 'pre-SM' Moho 5.4. I'm pretty sure I purchased at least two earlier releases (1.x and 2.x?) and I probably have those on a Zip or Jaz disk somewhere. Good times! :P I didn't start using Moho serio...

Re: Lua Console Error using Actions

Which version of Moho are you guys using? If you're using Moho 13, I suggest contacting Lost Marble and requesting a Moho 12.5 license (if you don't already have one.) I haven't seen those errors but I had seen other Action- and script-related errors with Moho 13. After I switched back to Moho 12.5,...

Re: 'Little Green Dog Explains' Videos List

Thanks for the comments, guys, and that's a good question SimplSam. I like Vimeo because it's flexible about letting me replace my videos with improved edits while keeping my stats and links. (Like I did last night with the three Explains videos. As a matter of fact, I'll need to do that again after...

Re: 'Little Green Dog Explains' Videos List

In case anybody is wondering, we're re-branding this video series. Little Green Dog Explains is the new name, and, yes, brand new videos are in the works! So what's coming? Our next few videos will cover topics to help beginning Moho Pro and Debut users get started, and then we'll get into the 'off-...

@Strider2000, I'll be sure to check out your videos. TBH, the scripting I've done is few and far between, so any refresher is helpful. Thanks for the other advice too!

Re: How do we help with scripting docs and examples?

You're right, I currently have 5.4.2 installed, and will make sure I'm using the 5.2 and matching reference before I go any deeper. (I should know better; ran into the same situation when taking a Python class at work.)

Thanks! I had actually purchased the PDF copy of the current edition earlier in the day. Glad to hear I'm on the right track. Will take the time to explore your suggestions today. :)

@Synthsin75, you're right! I misremembered the keys and was too tired (or lazy) to launch Moho to check...my bad. I meant the keys with Moho's default behavior. :)

I'll correct my original post.

Re: how to make hands and arm move over and back of the body

Update: A correction was made to the shortcut described below. Thanks to Synthsin75 for catching that. Here's another tip: If you're going to manually animate the layer order, there are a few tricks for quickly selecting the body parts in the Layers Window. 1. Alt+Shift and Right Click on a limb in...
