Re: Can I use this character commercially?

Thanks for your suggestion Jahnocli, I'll try that as well. (I've actually purchased a few things from them, just no this one, as it's already in the As program)

Re: Can I use this character commercially?

Thanks for your replies, guys.

I'd be happy with what the license says at the cartoon solutions site, but I'm not so sure if the terms are the same for the "AS version".

Re: New Webinars?

Something else I'd love to see is also how the new versions have made walk cycles a lot easier and more realistic, how we can use AS11 to prevent the feared "skating effect" and so on.

Re: New Webinars?

One topic I'd like to see covered is how the new version of AS11 has made it a lot easier for characters to grab objects. It was actually quite difficult before.
I'd really like to see a webinar spending a little time explaining this fully.

Can I use this character commercially?

I'm wondering wether I can use some of the characters available in AS11 commercially (to be precise, I'd be using Rachel's character to do the intros for a video course I'm currently working on). The thing is, this character is a cartoons solutions character, but it's available in the import section...

Re: WEBINAR: An Overview of frame-by-frame animation in ASP

Thanks for this awesome webinar, chucky. I felt that you had lots of thoughts and ideas in your head and you were under tremendous time pressure trying explain stuff for most of the webinar, and you couldn't just fit eveything in less than 45 minutes (which is just impossible!) However, we did get t...

Re: Facebook group for Anime Studio users!

I'm not interested in the least. I just think the whole facebook experience sux big time: the superficiality of the comments that you read there, the fact that you have to register in order to read content, the fact that you have to adjust lots of stuff so as to not bother anyone in your contact lis...

Excited about the new version, but sad to see that the character designer has been left in a corner once more...

Re: Help Shape the Future of Anime Studio

One thing I'd like to be able to change is the layer's "eye" icon. If users could choose the icon, it would make layer identification a lot easier when you have a lot of them: you could have heads, mouths, torsos, legs, etc. and as for visibility, when you want to swith it off, simply togg...

darken surrounding area

A few months ago I saw a tutorial or a webinar showing how to darken the outside area of the workspace, which can be pretty useful sometimes.
I can't remember how it's done.
Does anybody know?

Re: Smartbones, adjusting points bug?

Thanks for your reply Symthsin. That's a neat workaround and it works fine! From my experience with this issue, when I create a new character in AS10, this issue doesn't happen. But with characters made for previous versions, I had to switch from region binding to flexible binding and also allow nes...
