Slowtiger! What books of the trade on animation do you have that is worth mentioning?

I have seen the head turn video, but I haven't seen any full body turn video. Is this possible, with switch layer? I have only seen a quarter body turn, and would love to see how that was done.

I am not a programmer, so don't shoot me! But in some 3D program I can use the bezier curve to create a model and get the shape I want then freeze it to produce a model with all the necessary polygon to keep the same shape.
