I like the music and the 3D effect is good in places, especially when they're flying. I don't like wearing the red and blue glasses. Have you looked into outputting this for the modern 3D format? Especially since you seem to be planning to release a whole album on DVD/BlueRay.

Great work! Lots of fun.

Although the 3D lego bit and the claymation bit were both very good on their own, I personally find that switching media creates a discontinuity. Maybe that's just me.

Anyway, you've made another great, uplifting little movie. Congratulations!

Your technique looks good, except for that hiccup where he comes to life. I assume that's a ball you draw for him, but the way he picks it up makes it look like a ring. Nice animation. I like the finger snap. You should have a squeaky marker sound when you're drawing. This reminds me of a Disney sho...

Maybe you could try exporting as PNG sequence from ASP and from AE, then converting to MOV with millions of colors + in Adobe Media Encoder, which I assume you have since you have AE.

Maybe try to adjust the source width and spread because I see bubbles at the edges on the left and right that are half cut off. Perhaps also have them without fill (transparent) with just the light green stroke, so you can see them overlapping and see the pot rim behind. Most of them will still show...

Awesome stuff Selgin! A joy to watch, really. :D Editing with the music is great, but for a demo reel you really should put your best stuff first because people really will turn it off after the first shot because they're sitting there watching hundreds of demo reels. So you want to t...

Updated Script List?

Is there an updated script list somewhere?

It would certainly be helpful if there was a concise list of all scripts and the versions they work with, as well as descriptions and/or links to topics, etc.

I find the process of searching through posts frustrating.

Are you sure about your info DK? They seem to have 6 national categories (including manga) and just one international category, which is social networking. I'd be interested in trying some of those other categories, but I'm Canadian. I also don't see any info on their site for digital submissions. T...
