I keep getting the following message: "Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)"

Must be down. Hopefully it will be up again soon.

Yes, we are having a lot of trouble with our hosting service. According to Mike Kelley, they are looking to move us to another server because the one we were on seems to be under a DoS attack (hacking). No reason to think the attack is aimed at the AF...probably just some site hosted on the same server. We've just been collateral damage.

I don't have word on any definite time/date we may be back up, but they are working on it.

Since the AF doesn't earn any ad revenue or anything, Mike (out of the kindness of his heart) pays for the hosting himself. Being retired, I'd bet he uses a cheaper hosting service. They are responding to the bug tickets he has submitted, just may take some time.

Thanks for the update. Hope it's back up and running soon. (Do they make 'get well' cards for websites?)

I think moving north cures that, as only southerners talk "with drawl".

The AF is back up...for now. Don't know if its entirely settled yet and may be intermittent.

I was kind of hoping he'd write a new edition of the AS manual! :)

I gather that Mike would really rather spend his time doing fun stuff instead, like animate. I don't think I would waste my retirement writing a manual either.

I understand. It's a big book. I've had to refer to it a couple of times already this year. I saw where he's written other books too.

Are you referring to this book: Anime Studio: The Official Guide?

Years ago, I wrote to Mike Kelley about this book that I thought he had written, and he very politely corrected me that author is Kelly L. Murdock, not Mike Kelley.

D'oh!
